We rode for about an hour around the delta of the Perfume River. There was severe flooding here last week due to the Typhoon. So many homes completely destroyed or badly damaged. There was a lot of debris lying about. The rice fields were under feet of water. The high water mark could be seen a couple of meters high on some buildings.
